The questions we hear most often before clients commit to a full-service week.

Is there a minimum booking?

No. We handle a single airport transfer just as readily as a two-week multi-villa coordination. Our model is per-service, not retainer.

How do you charge, per request or per stay?

Per service, transparently quoted. No retainer, no markup on third parties unless we explicitly add a coordination fee for full event production. You always see the breakdown.

Can you handle restaurant reservations during peak weeks?

For most major restaurants, yes, we have direct relationships. For Christmas / New Year, send the priority list 4-6 weeks ahead. Last-minute is sometimes possible.

Do you organise weddings on the island?

Yes, from intimate beach ceremonies to villa weddings up to 200. We coordinate venue, catering, decor, music, photography, registrar paperwork, accommodation for guests.

What hours are you available?

24/7 during your stay. Outside of stays, business hours for new enquiries, though we usually answer evenings and weekends too.
